Over The Rainbow
Over the Rainbow (OTR) is an NHS Initiative for the local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) community in Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorset.
Staffed by the fabulous Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. Over The Rainbow offer 1-2-1 help and support for people who may be experiencing issues with their sexuality, gender or sexual behaviours or who may be seeking information and support regarding their sexual health in general.

They offer information for individuals and their families with issues relating to Sexuality, Sexual Health, Sexual Identity & HIV. Working closely with local agencies, They also host a variety of support and social groups.

OTR counselling service is available for you to discuss problems in a safe, confidential space with a qualified, professional counsellor
Health Services
Over The Rainbow provide advice, support and information for a healthier community, both over the phone and in person. Their services include; Sexual health information & advice, Psychological support, Provide condoms, dental dams & lube, Coming out support, Self esteem encouragement, Sexuality advice & support, Peer support & 1 to 1 or group training
Sexual Health Clinic
Over The Rainbow clinics staffed by NHS health care professionals and offer regular, private and confidential sexual health screening for the following sexually transmitted infections; Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis, HIV, HEP B & HEP C.
Additionally ORT offer; Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP), Hepatitis A and B vaccinations, HPV vaccinations, Sexual health advice, Risk reduction, Free condoms, dams & lube.
The social group meet fortnightly on a Friday from 6pm to 9pm.

Communi-T
Communi-T are a social group for trans people and welcome anyone who is on the trans spectrum. Based in Bournemouth, they hold group sessions in social settings for people aged over 18.
Come chat and chill with other like-minded people! Communi-T is a safe, social and supportive group. Sessions can run in local bars, pubs or restaurants as required and may vary.
Meet ups are fortnightly, from 6pm to 9pm. For the safety of our members we keep the exact location a secret. If you’d like to attend then please contact via email, Twitter or Facebook.
Hope's Angels
Hope’s Angels - Trans Spectrum and Allies support group.
Hope’s Angels welcomes members and allies to join and support them. Based in Bournemouth they meet weekly and will also start to organise workshops and special events.

Space Youth Project
A group for young lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBT+) people up to the age of 25, across in people across Dorset since 2001.
They aim to support young people who are or may be LGBT+ and empower them to have positive self-esteem, to know they are supported, to have a sense of community and to overcome issues caused or intensified by prejudice in order to facilitate freedom of expression.
Space Youth Project uses 'trans' as an umbrella term for those who are transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, are of non-Western gender identities and those who have a trans history.
They meet at lots of different places and give LGBT young people an opportunity to meet others, make new friends, chat, go out, plan events and have fun!
